Music And Human Health

In our complex world, any phenomenon can be used for both good and bad. Music is no exception. It’s a pity that new music is so often arrhythmic.

Maybe it serves as the beginning of many spiritual sores, but the question of harmony is unusually complex. Arrhythmia is disconnection, but the rough rhythm leads to stupidity. Indeed, in recent years a lot of new musical directions have appeared, and most of them, researchers note, are destructive to living organisms.

* If classical music accelerates the growth of wheat, then rock music – on the contrary.
* If the effect of classical music increases the amount of milk in nursing mothers and mammals, then under the influence of rap it drops sharply.
* In general, plants and animals prefer harmonious music. For example, dolphins enjoy listening to classical music, especially Bach; having heard classical works, sharks gather from all ocean coast.
* Plants and flowers under classical music quickly spread their leaves and petals.
* Under the sounds of modern “pop” cows lie down and refuse to eat.
* In China, for example, you can find music albums – records or tapes – with the names “Digestion”, “Insomnia”, “Liver”, “Kidneys” in pharmacies … Well, and so on. Approximately the same thing exists in Japan, in India.
* Monks from the Brittany Monastery discovered that the cows, along with Mozart’s music, were given more milk.
* In Canada, Mozart’s string quartets are performed directly on urban areas to streamline street traffic. A “side effect” was also found: as a result, drug use decreased.
* A curious detail is noticed by the Japanese: when Mozart’s works sound near yeast, then with their presence, the best vodka “sake” is obtained.
* The productivity of yeast used for the preparation of traditional rice vodka increased tenfold if the yeast “listened” to Mozart.
* Mozart’s music has undoubtedly a positive effect on the processes of higher cerebral activity required for mathematics and chess.
* Music enhances the body’s ability to release endorphins – brain biochemical that help cope with pain and stress.
* Music is the best psychotherapist. When a person falls asleep under tender melodies, he sees good dreams all night.
* Music removes tension during business negotiations; students listen to music more attentively and quickly memorize new material.
